We collect information about you when you when you request an account with us, and when you register with us on our mail subscription form. After you have submitted an ‘Open an Account’, we will email you to let you know we have received your request, and we will ask you for proof of ID information to support the application. We will also ask you for proof of rental insurance information

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to manage your account, manage your bookings, and send invoices upon the completion of an order. We collect proof of identity information to verify the person requesting a new account is who they say they are. This is due to the value of the equipment that you are hiring from us. We require proof of insurance information to verify that the equipment hired will be completely covered by your insurance policy, in the event of loss, damages, and theft.

We will never share your personal data or business data with any other company or institution unless you give us your consent either in writing, email or verbally.

How is your personal data and business data stored?

We store you personal data on a secure server, with access only by the company directors. We keep a paper back-up of account application forms, proof of ID forms, and proof of insurance documents, in a locked filing cabinet stored in our secure offices. Only the company directors have access to this filing cabinet.

Marketing

From time to time, we would like to send you information on new products, and news about our company and activities which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt-out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction
